Job Vacancies: The Highest Since 2008

The latest statistics on the UK labour market show that there are 48,000 more job vacancies than last year - the highest total since October – December 2008.

There are now an estimate 29.76 million people employed in the UK however 2.1 million are still out of work. Skills and training providers can help jobseekers to take advantage these increased job opportunities of by helping to equip with them right skills and guidance to succeed.
